Solution to Paperless Command Center
1. Project Overview
The conference room of the command center is 15 meters long, 10 meters wide and 4 meters high.The whole venue is divided into control area and discussion area, in which the control area requires 8 seats, equipped with signal monitoring and voice communication system. While the discussion area needs 20 seats, equipped with a paperless conference system and a signal sharing system in hardware.
This project aims to design and build a modern intelligent conference room, establish an efficient and practical electronic environment for command conference, and create a leading and applicable intelligent paperless conference room.

2.2 The Project Layout
2.2 Display System
For the large-screen display system, we designed a 55-inch HD splicing screen as the main display part, which consists of a 3.5mm super narrow seam and a large-size and wide-angle IPS screen to form a splicing display wall so as to create a high-definition and stable large-screen display system for the command center.

2.4 The paperless conference and A/V sharing system
With the development of modern technology, the concept of “paperless” becomes more popular for convenience and environment protection, based on which we combine with the high efficiency of modern conference, we designed “Paperless Conference System” and A/V sharing system for users.The system Running in the gigabit network, paperless conference system offers powerful management function, including multi-conference information development and release, agenda reminding, check-in, vote, the conference data sharing and remarking, one-screen display, taking notes, tea service, etc. which is a multi-function operating platform for paperless conference.
To use paperless meeting system more conveniently, each seat offered is equipped with a 17 inch ultra-thin capacitive touch screen with a lift for HD display and sensitive touch experience. And the screen can be perfect to hide in the table when there is no need to use it. The conference room looks more beautiful and neat eventually.

2.5 Sound amplification and speech system for conference
Command center sound amplification system is designed with reference to the national sound amplification Level 1 standard. On the premise of the standard, the design has a margin so that the sound pressure level of the system can be raised as far as possible.
2.5.1 Speaker configuration of sound amplification system
The command center covers an area of 150 square meters. In order to obtain higher sound pressure level and stronger directivity, we designed and configured two12-inch coaxial speakers (T-12) as the main sound amplification box to be mounted on the wall on both sides of the large screen in the command area.Because of the coaxial technology adopted in the main expansion box, its sound image positioning is accurate, the sound field is more magnificent, and the middle voice is plump and sweet, the treble is delicate and penetrating, so the attendees will get better hearing effect.
Due to 10 meters long of the room, the personnel in the discussion area is out of the range that is convered with the sound. And to improve the sound pressure uniformity of the venue, we installed four 8-inch full frequency speakers (E-8L) in the meeting at the back of the two sides which are responsible for amplification for the participants in the discussion area, in order to achieve good overall amplification effect.
2.5.2 Sound field standards for sound amplification systems
According to the analysis and measurement of sound field of the EASE major, the maximum sound pressure level of the sound amplification system is 107dB, and the sound pressure level covered uniformly is stable at 103dB—105dB, which meets the requirements of our design and leaves a margin for the system.

2.5.4 Conference Speech system
It is particularly important for the speech system to work with a set of high performance, high quality and leading technology and cost-effective equipment. Thus, we introduced a set of timing microphone SV-MT618B as the speech unit with today's industry leading technology, featured high brightness with OLED display screen, energy conservation and environmental protection. Besides, this devic also has timing and countdown function for the convenience of the participants to master the meeting time,which is quite eeficient and effective for command center.
Conference speech system also supports check-in and vote function as well as the function of automatic tracking with the HD camera, which can make sure that the speaker in the meeting will be tracked in real-time with the camera automatically, convenient for remote video conference as well.
2.6 Central Control System
It is convenient for command center managers to easily manage and control all kinds of equipment and signals with wireless touch screen of central control system, including lighting, volume, air conditioning, image display, terminal display screen of paperless meeting and other equipment.
For the command center, we adopt the D3007 as the host for signal transmission and system control. The host can be connected to the power controller (SV-SP12S), dimmers (SV-220-4 A), wireless receiver (RFGW-200), screen processor (D6001), LCD screen lift (SV-LCD17) and other supporting equipment. Besides, the central control system can also be equipped with sensor modules with safe signals and environmental sensing signals in linkage control, allowing the upgrade and extend functions in the future.
