Solution to Video Conference Room
1. Project Overview
1.1 Project Requirements
It requires that various signals in the conference room can be displayed on the screen, supporting multiple signal modes and scenes to be displayed. The seats for attendance have auxiliary hidden display screens which work for high-definition video conference and regular conference with video tracking.
1.2 Project Preview
The video conference room is 12 meters long, 10 meters wide and 4 meters high, accommodating a total of 15 participants and equipped with video conference system and automatic hidden devices of high-definition flip-up display screen.

2.2 Project Layout
2.3 HD Display System
For the high-definition video display system, we designed a 55-inch HD splicing screen for the conference room. We chose a a large-size and wide-angle IPS screen with 3.5mm super narrow gap as the display wall so as to create a high-definition, high-brightness and high-stability video display system.

The large-screen display system is composed of 12 pieces of 55-inch (3×4) HD splicing screens (D5002) with the size of 4.85m × 2.06m:
2.4 Concealable Desktop Display System
According to the project requirements, we equipped each seat with the flip-up ultra-thin HD LCD screen (D3060).When holding a video meeting, the LCD screen of all seats can be opened with one key, showing the meeting image consistent with the large screen. When the meeting is over or the general meeting is held, the flip-up LCD screen device will hide the screen automatically, so as to keep the conference room tidy with a broad vision.

2.5 Signal processing and transmission system
With continuous development of informatization process, more kinds of video signals emerged with high video signal quality and effect required especially for the video conference room which had tp be compatible with a variety of signal source formats, supporting the acquirement and quick switch of HD 4K signal as well as superposition of scene roaming, etc., so we choose Xunkong image splicing processor (D6001) as the core equipment of signal processing and transmission system. The device is good at image processing, compatible with 4K resolution signal processing and transmission, stable and reliable.

2.6 Sound amplification systems
2.6.1 The sound amplification system for video conference room is designed with the national standard of sound amplification hall Level 1.
2.6.2 The total area of the conference room is 120 square meters. In order to obtain the required sound pressure level, we design and configure 4 full-frequency speakers (E-10L) for the sound amplification, which are installed on the four side walls of the conference room.
Conference Speaker E-10L is designed by the international structure engineers, which has wide frequency response and high sensitivity, with accurate frequency divider to make the sound well arranged.

According to the analysis and measurement of sound field of the EASE major, the maximum sound pressure level of the sound amplification system is 106dB, and the sound pressure level covered uniformly is stable at 101dB—104dB, which meets the requirements of our design and leaves a margin for the system.

2.7 Conference Speech system
It is particularly important for the speech system to work with a set of high performance, high quality and leading technology and cost-effective equipment. Thus, we introduced a set of timing microphones SV-MT328B as the speech unit with today's industry leading technology, featured high brightness with OLED display screen, energy conservation and environmental protection. Besides, this devic also has timing and countdown function for the convenience of the participants to master the meeting time,which is quite eeficient and effective for command center.
Conference speech system also supports check-in and vote function as well as the function of automatic tracking with the HD camera, which can make sure that the speaker in the meeting will be tracked in real-time with the camera automatically, convenient for remote video conference as well.
2.8 Conference table card display system
To show the information of the remote video conference attendees, it is equipped with HD meeting table card display system, built-in 7-inch true color screen, using special power supply with wired hand-in-hand connection, more stable and reliable with any interruption.
2.9. Central Control System
It is convenient for command center managers to easily manage and control all kinds of equipment and signals with wireless touch screen of central control system, including lighting, volume, air conditioning, image display, terminal display screen of paperless meeting and other equipment.
For the command center, we adopt the D3007 as the host for signal transmission and system control. The host can be connected to the power controller (SV-SP12S), dimmers (SV-220-4 A), wireless receiver (D1009), graphic splicing processor (D6001), flip-up LCD screen device (D3060) and other supporting equipment. Besides, the central control system can also be equipped with sensor modules with safe signals and environmental sensing signals in linkage control, allowing the upgrade and extend functions in the future.
