XunKong AV Integrated Solutions for First World Eco-Design Conference
During Dec. 12 to Dec. 15 in 2018, the first World Eco-Design Conference (WEDC) organized by the China Industrial Design Association and Guangzhou Municipal Government was held in Conghua, Guangzhou. The conference, themed “Ecology of Design, Field of Hope,” gathered about 1000 experts, policymakers and business representatives from 30 countries in Europe as well as Asia Pacific.

In order to finish the project perfectly, Xunkong made a lot of efforts. Xunkong had made on-site investigations for several times, grasping all the significant parts of the conference venue, including the structure of the building, internal spatial structure, layout structure of the venue and other aspects, conducted a comprehensive statistics and analysis.
Site Survey
According to the site survey and the requirements of the organizers, Xunkong customized to create a set of exclusive multimedia signal and intelligent control system as well as comprehensive sound amplification system. The designer will depend on the overall sound field layout, site environmental factors and other aspects to make the site layout and carefully study the selected products and implementation scheme.

A good project for conference needs the team’s efforts and pay. Just the early stage of the overall project, Xunkong had done the survey for 5 times in total. Xunkong team had spent 34 working days, 324 hours in total to install and adjust the whole system. with the unique persistence of professional and hard work during the period of the project, the Xunkong team overcame all the difficulties such as tight and difficult construction, diverse requirements under uncertainty and completely succeed to make it.
