The 2016-2017 National Employee Meeting of Xunkong Electronics Held Successfully
From Jan 5th to 9th, 2017, the 2016-2017 national employee meeting of Xunkong was held in the headquarter of Xunkong in Guangzhou. employees from 20 offices across the country gathered together to communicate, learn and share with each other, summarizing the work of 2016 and welcoming the new year 2017.
During the 4-day meeting, Xunkong released the development plan of new products and organized the systematic study of new products in 2017, and declared that Xunkong will be dedicated in product design, development and production to be the leading company in the industry. The meeting claimed to meet the needs of customers to the greatest extent by offering stable products and reliable service.
On the evening of Jan 6th, everyone gathered together to take part in the ebullient “2017 New Year party for Xunkong Electronics”. The outstanding performance team of the company in 2016 was commended and encouraged at the party. Xunkong prepared so many presents to award the excellent employees and celebrated by all attendees.
In order to work together with tacit understanding and unified thought in the future, on Jan 7th-8th, the attendees of Xunkong went to a secret base together for a two-day team intensive training. All paticipants worked together to finish the tasks and overcome difficulties one after another without hesitating the identity, age, position or wealth, and finally gained great achievements—the unity of heart and the dynamic & cohesive group, believing that Xunkong will create more value and contribute more in 2017.
The national employee meeting of Xunkong electronics co., LTD. from 2016 to 2017, though only lasted for a short period of 4 days, made memorable experience for Xunkong team.During the meeting, there was laughter, there was pain with sweat and tears.
